Customer further understands and acknowledges that if any Recurring Service with CarePress is cancelled, Customer may not be able to transfer third-party services without entering into a separate agreement with the Third-Party Vendor(s).

Though customisation is offered, CarePress does not represent or warrant that all such custom orders will be fulfilled or even entertained. Taking custom orders shall be at the sole discretion of CarePress. In case CarePress is unable to fulfil an existing order, the entire amount paid for the order shall be refunded to the user. However, in case the user has asked for modifications or revisions and CarePress has modified the work twice, no such refund shall be provided even if the user is not satisfied with the work.
Refund Policy. There are no refunds offered for the services that are already provided by CarePress. CarePress is obliged to cancel service subscription on request for customers and thus refund the amount that is paid in advance for the upcoming period of time.
Delivery Policy. Once you order a service, CarePress team will get in touch with customers through email provided with order information. Customers are required to share their website admin and hosting login access to CarePress. Once CarePress acquired all the access information to the website the CarePress team will start working on the website for optimization and management.
Order Refusal. CarePress reserves the right to refuse your order or a transaction in certain circumstances, including but not limited to inability to process your payment, inability to fulfil the order, shipping restrictions are applicable on the item ordered, or you do not meet the “Eligibility and Payment” criteria as mentioned in these Terms.
